The Athenaeum’s Chef Patrons: Catey Award win
Chris and Jeff Galvin, the chefs behind our Galvin at The Athenaeum restaurant, have won a Catey Award for their Galvin Green Man pub.

50ml Lemon Juice
25ml Tarquins Gin
15ml Lavender Syrup
2 dashes of lavender bitter
15ml UHT egg white
Dry shake first, shake again with ice, double strain into the Wormwood Double Presidente glass and garnish with an edible flower.
