Newly refurbished, The Spa at The Athenaeum offers an idyllic urban retreat. Home to a large, bubbling hot tub, sauna, steam room, relaxation space and two spacious treatment rooms, it’s the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly above. Due to limited capacity, visits to our Spa must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Simply email our team to book a slot.
With state-of-the-art gym equipment – courtesy of Technogym and Peloton – our gym is open 24 hours to hotel guests. For cardio – there’s two treadmills and the choice of two different exercise bikes. For those looking to build muscle, we also have Technogym SKILLTOOLS.
There’s a wealth of open space right on our doorstep, with Green Park, St James’s Park and Hyde Park all within walking distance. Whatever you fancy doing, from cycling to horse riding, we have plenty of information. We even have our own ‘Guest Jogging Map’ with suggested routes.
