1. Imitate Modern Gallery

Visit the ‘Summer Edition 2017‘ at Imitate Modern uniting bold colours, vibrancy and movement of the year’s hottest season under one roof in the heart of Shepherd Market, Mayfair.

The neon artworks by British artist Mark Illuminati celebrate Queen Elizabeth II, whose Royal Birthday coincides with the opening of the show. One of the neon pieces, “Queen in Residence,” features an original vintage flag that used to hang at the Buckingham Palace when the Queen was present in the building.

Imitate Modern – Summer Exhibition

2. Cartier in Motion

Head to the Design Museum to visit the Cartier In Motion exhibition and unravel the unique story of Cartier’s approach to watchmaking and how the invention of the modern wristwatch came to be.

Curated by Lord Norman Foster, the exhibition explores the creativity of Cartier and design including over 170 exhibits alongside rare insights into the research and work of the designers at Cartier, through extracts from material found in the Cartier archives.

3. Grosvenor Square

Throughout July, Summer in the Square will be hosting music, theatre and creative workshops available for all age groups, along with refreshments and an oversized games area including giant Jenga, croquet, chess and boules.

And when night falls, Nomad Cinema and Chestertons join the square with their film festival under the stars including live entertainment, food and a free glass of wine or soft drink.

4. A Night at The Opera

Indulge in a night at the Opera in Cadogan Hall with the London Concert Choir and their conductor Mark Forkgen presenting a wide range of excerpts from German, Italian, French and English operas.

Mark Forkgen’s choice of excerpts will provide a feast of stirring music to enthral newcomers and experienced fans alike.
