INGREDIENTS 

40ml Compañero Rum
10ml Cointreau
30ml Lime juice
30ml Pineapple juice
5ml Sugar syrup

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain over ice into a tumbler or an Old Fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of dried orange.
  5. Enjoy!
