With a whole host of rare and intriguing varieties from around the world, this year, our bar team have chosen to champion the iconic Laphroaig in their one-of-a-kind ‘Bright Side’ cocktail. We can’t wait to throw open our doors once again for you to sample our tipples, but in the meantime, we’ve shared the recipe for this delicious whisky cocktail for you to try at home.
