Espresso Martini Recipe
In celebration of International Espresso Martini Day, our Head Bartender, Alex, shares his version of the classic cocktail using some of our favourite ingredients.

50ml Ocho Tequila Reposado
25ml Licor 43
50ml Bergamot Puree
20ml Sugar Syrup
20ml UHT Egg White
Shake all the ingredients and pour in a small tumbler glass and garnish with Himalayan pink salt.
