Recipe: Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

50ml Ocho Tequila Reposado
25ml Licor 43
50ml Bergamot Puree
20ml Sugar Syrup
20ml UHT Egg White
Shake all the ingredients and pour in a small tumbler glass and garnish with Himalayan pink salt.
