Dry Martini The Bar

CLASSIC DRY MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

60 ml Vodka or Gin

10 ml Dry Vermouth

METHOD

  1.  Chill the martini glass and the mixing glass with ice
  2.  Stir the ice in the mixing glass, then strain out any excess water
  3.  Add 60 ml of Vodka/Gin
  4.  Add 10 ml of Dry Vermouth
  5.  Stir 7/8 times
  6. Remove ice from the martini glass
  7. Strain into chilled martini glass
  8. Garnish with lemon twist

60 ml Seedlip Aromatic

10 ml Seedlip Spice

METHOD

  1.  Chill the martini glass and the mixing glass with ice
  2.  Stir the ice in the mixing glass, then strain out any excess water
  3.  Add 60 ml of Seedlip Aromatic
  4.  Add 10 ml of Seedlip Spice
  5.  Stir 7/8 times
  6. Remove ice from the martini glass
  7. Strain into chilled martini glass
  8. Garnish with lemon twist
