Resident bartender at The Athenaeum, Giovanni Castorina, has a true talent when it comes to creating the perfect drink for any particular occasion. This recipe is perfect for the warmer months with the use of summer berries.

For this seasons signature cocktail called Queen’s Garden, Giovanni combines raspberry puree, Fair vodka, and fresh lime juice topped with two drops of plum bitter to stir up the taste buds.

And with this cocktail being recently featured in Pride of Britain, Giovanni never stops delighting us with his true spark of creativity and talent!
