In partnership with Hayman’s of London, enjoy four garden-inspired spritz cocktails, with gin or a non-alcoholic alternative. Each garnished with summer fruits and flowers. Your first drink comes with a charming mini charcuterie board of English nibbles.
Sustainable touches include menus printed on plantable wildflower paper.

This season, Executive Chef Kevin Fawkes brings a fresh, sustainable approach to The Terrace menu. Inspired by his global experience, he transforms often-overlooked ingredients into inventive, zero-waste dishes.
