Our signature cocktail
The Athenaeum is excited to participate and give guests a taste of their new bar menu. The menu is inspired by the hotel’s rich history and sustainability journey. Following the recent summer activation on The Terrace, serving up delicious Spritz cocktails, we are bringing a twist on our signature Spritz flavours to cocktail week. Introducing the "Atherol" Daquiri, made with Aperol, house rum blend, green Chartreuse, lime and grapefruit. Guests can expect a refreshing citrus blend, presented with elegance, bringing sustainability and glamorous history to the sipping experience.
