In celebration of International Espresso Martini Day, our Head Bartender shares his signature version of this modern classic, crafted with some of our favourite premium ingredients here at The Athenaeum & Residences in Mayfair.
Whether you're looking to impress guests at home or simply perfect your cocktail-making skills, this recipe delivers the smooth, velvety finish that has made the espresso martini a timeless favourite. All you need is a cocktail shaker and a few quality ingredients to recreate the magic of our bar.
Espresso Martini
Ingredients
Makes 1 per set of ingredients
40ml Tarquins Cornish Dry Gin
20ml Manly Spirits Black Fin Liqueur
50ml Espresso
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
10ml Vanilla Syrup
Method
- Add all the ingredients and ice to a shaker.
- Shake.
- Strain and pour into a short tumbler.
- Decorate with your favourite coffee beans.
- Enjoy!
