Our unique Irish Espresso Martini recipe captures the essence of the colder months by adding shots of warming caramel and rich Frangelico to the classic combination. With the comfortable glow of the fireplace and a flow of good conversation with friends, this indulgent twist on a beloved favourite is the perfect addition to those long winter evenings. Irish Espresso Martini
Ingredients
Makes 1 per set of ingredients
37.5ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
25ml Baileys
10ml Frangelico
10ml Caramel
25ml Espresso
Chocolate powder
Coffee beans
Method
- Add all ingredients (except the chocolate powder and coffee beans) to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well and then double strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- To garnish, sprinkle over some chocolate powder and a couple of coffee beans.
- Enjoy!
