Yes. Our one-bedroom Residences offer all the comforts of home paired with the ease of hotel living. California king beds, fully equipped kitchens, and twice-daily housekeeping make them ideal for longer stays or extra privacy, all with your own front door in Mayfair.

Of course. If you’re eager to begin your stay or fancy a gentle lie-in, we can arrange an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. Please call Guest Services to arrange.

Unless you have booked a non-refundable rate, you may cancel or change your reservation up to 6:00pm the day prior to arrival without charge. Please note that non-refundable bookings are exempt from this flexibility. For our Residences, the cancellation deadline is seven days before arrival.

Yes. In-room dining is available twenty-four hours a day, offering everything from early breakfasts to comforting late-night dishes. Guests can enjoy favourites from 116 at The Athenaeum in the privacy of their room or Residence, along with a selection of drinks and smaller plates. If you would like something tailored to your tastes, our team will be happy to prepare it for you.

Certainly. We are happy to look after your luggage for as long as you need, giving you the freedom to enjoy London without carrying bags.

Our role is to help you make the most of your precious time with us. Need an extra pillow? We will be right up. Want your luggage taken to your room? No questions, just done. Have a special occasion? We will help you celebrate. Many guests want to thank our team for making memories, so we have added a 5% service charge to your bill. If you prefer it not to be added, just let us know.

In our standard bedrooms, you will find UK 240 V continental sockets. Additionally, there are two-pin 110 V sockets for smaller devices. (In our Residences, if you’re using 110 V appliances, we recommend bringing a suitable transformer.)

Yes. Evening turndown is provided between 8:00pm and 9:00pm, complete with water and a small treat for a restful night.

Check-in is from 3:00pm. If you arrive earlier, we’ll happily look after your luggage while you stretch your legs or settle in with a coffee. Checkout is at 12 noon, giving you a relaxed start to the day.

When you stay in one of The Athenaeum’s 18 private Residences, everything is in place to help you settle in from the moment you arrive. You have your own private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and inclusive minibar, and separate living and dining spaces where you can relax or entertain. High-speed Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, twice-daily maid service and a washing machine take care of the practical details, while access to the spa and fitness facilities adds a welcome moment of calm. And if there is anything more you need, our team is always happy to accommodate additional requests, ensuring your stay feels effortless and entirely your own.

Absolutely. The Residences are designed with families in mind, offering generous living space and fully equipped kitchens that make day-to-day life easy. Bedrooms can be set up to welcome little ones comfortably, with bunk beds available for children, giving everyone space to relax and feel at home.

Yes, our View Penthouse suites interconnect meaning you can take the complete View Penthouse. When you need more room for the family or the ultimate in privacy book the whole 10th floor, just for you. Your very own space in the heart of Mayfair. To book the whole floor, please call us.  

Our two-bedroom suite, Royal Parks View, has an internal door connecting the two rooms. If you are booking the View Penthouse you will have access to both suites via their front doors.  

The mini bar is on us. Ever replenishing, your fridge is packed full of all your essentials and more. Pour yourself something sparkling or enjoy a cold beer. Pre-dinner cocktails or late-night nibbles, we’ve got you covered.

Yes, both suites have private balconies that are accessed from your room. Enjoy the best view in London, over Green Park towards Buckingham Palace and beyond.
