Cool Runnings

Designed as a ‘flip’ cocktail, Cool Runnings contains vibrant flavours including the punchy Blackwell Jamaican rum which is light and smooth, along with refreshing Liqor 43 Vanilla and the delicate Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur.

Added to this cocktail is maple syrup and a whole egg too add a rich, creamy texture with a beautiful foamy top. Perfect for the festive cheer!

A Very Merry Berry

The backbone of this cocktail is Elephant Sloe Gin which is warm, sweet and fruity with an aroma to match. Added to the Very Merry Berry is the quintessentially festive flavours of homemade cranberry and cinnamon syrup. Then, this cocktail is topped with fresh and crisp Ayala Champagne.

The Toddy

Seasonal cocktails go hand-in-hand with Christmas, and our new Hot Toddy cocktail was created with yuletide in mind! The heart of this cocktail is lavender, offering a rich freshness. Served hot, The Hot Toddy is known for relieving cold symptoms, and ours is no exception. Containing the smooth as silk Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon, Mastinha, sweet lavender syrup and Orange and passion fruit tea; this cocktail is sure to warm the soul!
