Many of our apartments have been designed especially for families. Everything is organised to make life easy for the grown-ups - and great fun for the kids. Best of all, you have acres of space! (550 ft² / 51 m²). Depending on how many are staying, you could use the sofas which turn into bunk beds and/or book a couple of apartments with adjoining doors - you can pop in and out in your PJs without having to leave your private space.
Our Kids' Concierge will be in touch before you stay, so when you first arrive there'll be a toy box full to the brim of brilliant toys, books, games and DVDs… all at the right age and stage for your kids.
We'll also fix any tickets you need and give you loads of brilliant ideas for ways to spend time together in London. And when you're here, our specially trained, friendly Kids' Concierge will be around to help you with anything you need. On cue at bedtime, cookies and milk will automatically arrive.
All apartments have kitchens with fridges (washer-driers also available in some apartments), so you can handle anything you want on a practical level - or use our five star service to make life even easier. With:

In January 2016 we started work to transform our lobby, ground floor restaurant and bar, and first floor private dining rooms. These spaces will re-open in May 2016, and feature a partnership with another Michelin-starred London chefs, The Galvin Brothers.
During the transformation period we strive to offer the same great service you have come to expect, and wish to make you aware of the relocation of certain services and outlets.
Reception and Concierge- Our Down Street entrance will lead straight to our temporary Reception on the hotel’s 1st floor. One of our friendly Doormen (Jim, John or Fabiano) will still be waiting to greet you and our Reception team remain at your service around the clock. The Concierge team are still on hand to help plan and organise your time in London – from special events to tickets, and restaurants. They are available by phone, during breakfast service on the first floor, and in the rooftop lounge from 11am to 8pm.
Breakfast is served daily from 7am to 11am in Hyde Park, our first floor private dining room. Restaurant and bar service normally on the hotel’s ground floor has been relocated to our 92 sqm rooftop suite on the 10th floor. The rooftop lounge boasts spectacular views over Green Park and the London Skyline and is open for lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks from 11am till 11pm. Head Bartender, Michael Ball and his team are on hand in the evening to shake up cocktails and pour from our extensive collection of 300 whiskeys. Room service is on call to satisfy late night cravings and more, 24h a day.
The Spa’s wet area is closed, however our fitness suite is still open as normal and massages and treatments are still available on-site in an alternative area. We are offering 20% off all massages and treatments during the renovation period, please contact Reception to make a booking.
We have agreed with the builders that any noisy works will take place after 9am and finish by 6pm from Monday to Friday. We have no plans for works at the weekends.Check availability onlineor call 0207 640 3557
