Kid's concierge

We love it when families stay with us (after all, we are a family-run hotel!). And because children and teens have special needs, likes and dislikes, our Kid’s Concierge is there to take care of everything. We understand that when the kids are happy, the grown-ups can relax too. If there’s anything you need at all, please just ask.

ALL THOSE LITTLE TOUCHES TO HELP YOUR CHILDREN FEEL RELAXED AND AT HOME

Child-sized bathrobes and slippers. DVDs and popcorn and soft drinks. Milk and cookies at bedtime. Age appropriate books, toys and games, including Wii, Play Station, Xbox and more. All these – and some nice surprises too – will be ready in your rooms, when you arrive. And it’s all on the house.

Recommended itineraries

Before you arrive, we’ll get in touch to find out if there’s anything we can help you with. A chauffeur to meet you at the airport. Tickets to shows, trips or events. A booking at a special restaurant. We’re full of ideas and know London inside out, so we’ll happily suggest what you could do in the time you’re staying with us.

We’re around for you

Need a late night mercy dash for some calpol? Fancy a family cycle through the Royal Parks? Or hiring a boat on the Serpentine. A game of frisby or tennis? Want to fly a kite? We’ll sort out whatever you need, just leave it to us.
