Q: How many
rooms are there at the Hotel?
A: 111 rooms and 12 suites
Q: How many staff work at The
Athenaeum?
A: Approximately 140
Q: What are some
of the benefits?

Q: What training
will I receive?
A: If you like people, we'll train you. Apart
from comprehensive inductions, there are training courses and a
wide variety of on-the-job training. If you are interested in
taking courses covering areas outside your job area, company funds
are available. Personal development is taken very seriously by The
Athenaeum.
Q: What are the possibilities for
promotion?
A: Providing you are performing well, and a
position is available, there is every opportunity for promotion.
The Athenaeum has one of the widest ranges of facilities and so
positions are numerous. Promotion within the company is actively
encouraged, so promotions to the company hotels of The Grove and
The Runnymede will be common.

holiday will I receive?
A: 20 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays
or time in lieu.
