We approach absolutely everything we do with one goal in mind: helping you feel completely at home. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Our homely atmosphere is created by our staff’s genuine friendliness – the reason so many guests keep coming back. We also get to know what you like and don’t like by creating your personal guest profile. So, before you arrive, we’ll put the magazines you like in your room and the type of pillow you prefer. You’ll find we like surprising our guests by anticipating their needs in the smallest of ways.

We take sleeping very seriously… we’d love you to feel so comfortable that you sleep as well as you do at home.

  • Heavenly beds and a pillow menuWe’ve sourced what we believe are the very best beds in the world – very supportive and topped with a heavenly soft feather mattress liner. And beautiful bed linen too!
  • If your pillow doesn’t feel quite right, try de-stressing buckwheat, pressure-relieving Tempur, hypo-allergenic or pure goose down. They’re all on our Pillow Menu!


EXTRAS AS STANDARD IN YOUR ROOM

We don’t charge for basics, just as you wouldn’t count the cost at home.

  • Flick through multiple channels on the 32-42 inch plasma screen TV.
  • Pick up emails in a nanosecond with free high speed broadband Wifi.
  • Fix yourself a soft drink and snack from the mini bar or help yourself to an espresso – all on the house.
  • Listen to your own music – pop your iPod or MP3 player (or borrow one of ours) on the Bose docking station, provided free of charge.

Our floor to ceiling hotel windows let in plenty of lovely natural light – and, of course, you can open them to enjoy even more of the stunning location. Choose a Parkview bedroom or suite, and leafy Green Park is like another world with Narnia-esque black iron lampposts. Unless, of course, you’re higher up, savouring the panoramic London skyline.
